Greyson Loweecy – Certified Personal Trainer
I am a driven individual who strives to help others achieve their fitness goals. I started my personal fitness journey in high school. I was overweight, weighing 240lbs to be exact. I was told I couldn’t play college sports because I was considered overweight. This lit a fire under me and motivated me to better myself. With dedication and my faith, I was able to lose 40 lbs, build muscle and develop a new lifestyle.
Today I compete in powerlifting, outside racing activities, baseball and any new activity to challenge myself. I have built my confidence up to levels I would’ve never thought possible through training. If I can reach my fitness goals, so can you. We will start off by setting short-term and long-term goals.
Believe me, no matter what you are going through, I am on your team. I treat my clients like family and I will lead you to reach your goals through individualized training and nutrition plans.
